Some people are born leaders and taking the lead is to them like getting up in the morning.
Those that are not so lucky to be born that way, have to train themselves to be a leader. Now you may say that if you are not a leader, how can you train yourself to be one. That is easier than what you think. All you need is confidence in yourself that you can give advice to other people. In other words, you need to know a little more about the subject than what they do and when you do not know the answers to their questions, you must know where to go to get them.
With SFI it is easy. To get the knowledge that you need, read the articles, news and forums that is available. Very few affiliates do that and with a little effort, you will soon be ahead of the pack. If you can not answer a question yourself, get help from your up-line. They are there to assist you. Build the same relationship with your up-line as what you build with your affiliates.
Keep constant communication open with your Affiliates and offer them congratulations where it is due. Also provide them with tips that will help them to get ahead.
To be a good leader with SFI you must have the following properties.
1. Value and respect your Affiliates
2. Be supportive
3. Fast reaction to support calls
4. Good communication skills
5. Good knowledge of your subject.
6. Be prepared to ask if you do not know.
Finally, do not be afraid to try. You will be surprised how easy it is.
