SFI give you a chance to be leader even you are not born like one.
Why?
Well, to lead on SFI you are not standing in front of your "employees" and giving them tasks.
You need to help them to grow and give them good example.
So if you are not born as leader, a approach to this as somebody who helping people to grow and getting successes in SFI.
Be aware that if your team is growing you grow with them, that can be inspiration to everyone.
