Being Team leader in SFI is not too difficult. All you have to do is learn more & more everyday in SFI. When you have learned something, you will feel confident about teaching your PSAs. Just have a normal chat with your PSAs, encourage & cheer them up, teach them what you have learned. Let them do their work & learn it, you just guide them. You don't do their work, otherwise they will become dependent on you & will never improve. Don not mislead them. Set a proper plan & make sure your down-line members have a plan too and work according with that.
Different people will have different type of communication skills & knowledge. You have to get along with them according to the situations. Never show your frustrations to them, when you feel little frustrated, tell them to chat with you little later or next day. Between you can analyse what is the issue they are having & try to solve their issues.
When they first join, have a look at their daily activities for few days & note them when they make some error. Also do that for the ppl they recruit too. Help your PSAs to deal with their down-line when they could not do it themselves.
Note your active PSAs & spend more time with them. Encourage them, help their down-line. You can also Make reassign, transfer some Tcredits. Set co-op for them, make some contest for your down-line & encourage them to win it. Send, gift-cards, congratulate them when they achieve some task or win something.
Like this, make some activities now & then to encourage your down-line. That is it, you are a good leader.
