Setting up on auto pilot :
1. Making EA - complete everything. Makes sure you have read as much as you can possibly read; complete everything you can possibly do in your VP Ledger.
2. Maintaining EA: set up your Standing Order. I like TCredits but in this case you should set it up with the IAHBE, it's the the most cost effective way to make EA every month.
3. Recruit others that are willing to do the same. Here is the most important ant step. During the course of the month you should buy SBuilder Units, go big with it. Buy as many as you can every week. Don't waste your hard earned money on anything else, this is your primary source of PSAs since you will not be doing this yourself.
Now, be sure to post your "Best Tip". Give the three basics: Make EA, Retain EA, Teach Others to do the same. Tell them exactly what your doing and let them know you not likely be available for assistance since you are on auto pilot ( perhaps an auto responder loaded with weekly emails).
If you get everything done the first month you will make Silver Team a Leader. You won't see this position again for a few months because you are on auto pilot. You will get rewarded with a lot of CSAs the next month. Your investment in SBuilder will build your team and the numbers will take care of themselves. It's ok to be lazy if you can afford it, you WILL pay for it.
