Leadership scares a lot of us but when you get down to it it has two key parts that each of us can handle.
The first critical part is mental attitude. A leader is someone who says they are a leader. You are a leader if you say and believe you are a leader and anyone can do that. It always fascinates me that whenever an issue crops up you will always find one or two people who stand up and begin to organise the others. No-one asks them to they just do. It could be as simple as trying to get a large sofa through a narrow door - a leader will always show up in the team!
The second part is the easiet of all. One you declare you are a leader you simply do the things that you know leaders would do in that situation. At SFI it's been made so easy; simply follow the listed rules of success and encourage your team to do the same.
