There is a saying that to be a good leader, one has to be a good follower first.
In SFI's duplication as one of its methodologies, we become followers first by doing what our sponsors and training packages suggest us to do. Thus, in SFI one does not have to be born a leader or born with a silver platter to be successful.
Dedication, patience, perseverance, persistence, and PASSION for SFI I think makes one a leader over being born as one.
But I guess the most important thing in being a team leader is making sure that you have a team to lead....Thus, our challenge is how to maintain active PSAs and CSAs that we can regularly see as movers. and this we can do if we invest time on communicating with them through sharing tips and recognizing their milestones.
There is always a leader within each of us. It is in YOU and in US! Just bring it out from within...the confidence and belief in yourself that you can, affirming yourself that you are indeed a LEADER!
