I don't believe anyone is born a leader, it is a learned skill.
I use the sheep and shepherd analogy.
When I was younger I was a sheep, happy to be told what to do. I was not leadership material.
As I matured I had more confidence in myself and find that now I am the shepherd, directing my "flock".
It's not an easy transition, confidence in yourself is a big part of it, but is is learnable.
Learn all you can about this business, make yourself a real part of it, participate in the forum and AskSC. You'll soon find your confidence building.
This business was new and strange to all of us at first, even the "big guns". Through learning and participation you'll find the confidence to become a great leader.
