2- Actual stage

And achieving the main stage of leading even if we were born a leader need some effort too, and if not, need more and more efforts like: studying all relative SFI classes, communicating with upline leaders and learn some important tips, and understanding what you want to be in future, what you did with the use of up lines leading for themselves, what your referrals should do and dont, for you and reading more and more every day to be an actual leader.
