How do I assure that duplication happens in those I sponsor?
Sorry to say that unless you have personal contact with your Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA) so that you can physically twist their arms to assure that they get out there and recruit someone else, there is no way to "assure" that duplication occurs.
The best that you can do via email is use sweet reason to persuade them to do someting. If you offer the proper education and encouragement to them, you might be able to up your chances that they will duplicate a bit, but the desire must be there for you to awaken it. The person must be willing to advertise or buy the referrals in order to duplicate.
I have found no difference between affiliates that have come from my personal efforts and those that have come from purchased sources. If they do not catch the vision and want to do something with this business, they will not duplicate. There is no way that you can force them. To expect that every PSA and CSA will duplicate is a BAD idea and will set yourself up for a bad experience.
If you get 1 in 100 who duplicates, consider yourself lucky and help that person as much as you can. People who will work the business are out there, but you must find them. Sorry to say that my sponsor dropped out...
