The first thing you will want to do is learn all you can in the first months. Learning where to find answers is
very important, too.
It is possible to be a team leader as you progress through the steps and follow instructions. The saying goes, SFI is not rocket
science! If you do not know what to say or do -
The words are all in the program. Use them.
The instructions are in the program. Follow them.
The steps are in the program. Take them.
If you do these things you not only will become a leader, you will also have all you need to be a team leader. Get in the habit
right from the start to follow all the steps and instructions. Use the words SFI provides for you until it becomes naturally
part of your own language. Be follower of the instructions. Do the steps everyday until the become habit.
A team leader is someone who knows the program and learns where to find answers and learns how to tell others the way to do it, too. (teach duplication)
Add a few other things like confidence in the SFI program and yourself. Add patience, dedication, vision (to see what you want to achieve), and positivity in you thoughts, words, and actions.
You will reach a level of success you may not have thought possible when you first started. You will also make a lot of friends along the way and find helpful support.
