True leaders don't presume that it's their divine right to take charge every time two or more people get together. Quite the opposite. A great leader will assess each situation on its merits, and will only take charge when their position, the situation, and/or the needs of the moment demand it. Every time Team leader must inform to his team what need to do and what don’t do. thus the business run smoothly and effectively always.
No2. You see much more than you do. Leaders are confused with their action. They believe that constant motion somehow generates leadership True leaders understand the value of action. In SFI A leader must concentrate to generate his team, must connect always with his team.
No3.You change people. They achieve outcomes. Team leaders hit his targets and burns out his team in the process, but they miss their goal. Which is the better leader?
Develops his or her team so that they can and do hit their targets, achieve their goals.
