HI,Grabriela,it is a pertainent question,you may have herd of the saying born leaders,not quite you know,every body has that unique quality within them,some manifested at an early stage due to their positive ways, as example which people would want to emulate,and then you have learnt process,by learning to become a leader through leadership,SFI teaches us how to become a leader[team leader]in various ways at your training tool pages,you can look up successful leaders of SFI, and gain ideas how to be a good team leader,
as was said before everyone has a level of uniqueness within them and with growth one will grow to become a leader,but you must remember,to lead you should always maintain a POSITIVE FRAME OF MIND,as a consiquent of that one will make a team leader of greatness,some of us learn how to become one,but the more you manifest positive ideas,motives,actions and the like of which will brings out those energies,apart from the ones SFI taught us of,like standing orders,duplications,refferals etc.be positive and let it manifest and you will and certainly be a leader.
