You don t need to be a born leader to have success, and become a great Team Leader. If you are open mind, ready to learn, to follow proven steps that successful leaders do, you can reach success in leading your team and watch it grow, day by day.
The most important thing for me, is humanity,the ability to understand people and their needs, understand that we all are different and don*t have same skills, timing, same backgrounds.. understand a importance of individual approach, of treating different people in a different way, close to their possibilities and expectations.
This, for me, is the best starting point.
Than you must follow successful team leaders,read how they do, watch what they do, ask for advice, suggestion, "coppy" them in a good way, do all the winning steps they do.
Try always to learn more, read articles, interviews, experiences, be available and ready to answer any questions, understand, help, motivate....
Doing this, you will become always better.... like them.....a Great Leader!
