First of all you welcome them in SFI and in your team,
You will explain the work in SFi and TripleClicks more specifically if you send personal email than in the group mailings.
You can send your PSAs greeting tips, welcome letters.
I think that a new PSA will feel more reliable and motivated if he has all the support from his sponsor, and I think he can see that best from the welcome letter you send him.
