Both Individual mails and Group mails have it's own special place. By sending out both, your PSA’s will realize that you try to get to know and help them on a more personal level as well as guiding the team as a whole.
A. INDIVIDUAL MAIL:
-Individual welcome letters to each new PSA have the purpose of letting them feel real special and welcome in a new and unfamiliar place (All of us have been there). Your downline is like a family and you should make them feel like that by calling them on their name and showing real interest. In this first mail you can advise them on what to do to get started and what they must do in their first 24 hours as a SFI affiliate. Don’t refer too much to the technical stuff. It would just overwhelm them. Just get them started with the basics and inform them that you are always only a message or call away if they ever need help.
-During the next few days check their VP Ledger and follow up with messages to assist them to understand the basics of SFI. Keep it personal and relevant by referring to their VP’s earned so far and what they can do further to earn more by mentioning the actions outstanding in their personal VP Ledger. By doing this your PSA's will see that you are taking the time to get to know them on an individual basis.
-In the weeks and months to come keep communicating with your PSA’s on a personal level, especially to congratulate them on achieving certain levels and winning prizes. That shows them that you are really interested in their well being and are following their progress and that will ultimately boost their confidence.
I know when you enroll a lot of affiliates per day it will be impossible, but what is important here is quality rather than quantity. You can rather enroll a few affiliates and sponsor them properly than enroll 100 and get 1 active because you don't guide them properly.
B. TEAM MAIL:
-Team mail or Group mail must also be used. It’s very useful when you want to share general information regarding SFI, TripleClicks, Wave3, a2a, etc.
-For any information that’s of a less personal nature you can use the Genealogy Mailer or Group Mailer. By doing that weekly will also earn you a weekly 30VP.
-To send quick messages to your whole team about any topic that is not considered as promoting a product or service, but for the purpose of motivating, etc. send out a Stream Post. You can earn another 3VP per week by sending at least 3 Stream Posts per week.
