Hello Jovan,i think that in this age where everything is fast mechanical and cold in human relationships ,to feel your closeness and your interest in a new PSA ,will increase your probabilities that this person trusts you and start a good cooperation with you .
If you send an e-mail , schematic ,generic to everybody the people will understand it,you may as well do a copy and paste , but be sure to put your own personal touch to make it clear to the person that he is really important to you and that you are not there to exploit him.
Makes me sad to know of great affiliate also here in Italy, who makes a lot of money by exploiting people and you do not even deign to riceve a welcome letter,i also have a ghost sponsor that hasn't never even written a letter of welcome to me, these people are much to blame.
therefore I advise you to feel your warmth and your proximity to your new affiliate , first with a nice card of welcome that is also pleasing to the eye , then with a nice email to communicate to the person all your pleasure to have him in your team and do a great work together.
