This email can be send to a group, just remember to address it with ~FIRSTNAME~ so that it still feels that this email is send to a person and not to a group and everybody is just a number.
Go for yourself through the path that a new PSA goes when he/she starts just to remind you what is in his/her welcome page from SFI and what you can add to help.
Remember to much information at once can scared people. So rather let them feel at home with personal attention than let they feel they are just a number.
