In my opinion individual (personal) letters are better, and I will tell you why.
You any way send group or team mail every week, and that is ok, you can remind them to do something that is realy important, also you have stream posts 3 times week, and that is enough for group, but not for every affiliate.
When you have for example 5 aff who are here couple of days you have to tell them different things then to those that are here one month, or even those who are here two month... and so on..
Every affiliate is a person for himself, and need special attention.
You need to follow theres growing and progress individuali, and that is the strongest reason to send personal letters to each and every one of them.
