Hi William that is a very good question with many different answers possible I should think . Firstly it is paramount to remember we are all individuals and what is great for one person may not be so great for someone else and vice versa. Secondly it is important to do what you enjoy doing at SFI and what you hope to get out of it, this is not a dress rehearsal this is the first day of the rest of your life dont waste precious time, trying the same thing over and over if you find its not really you or its not working. SFI produces advice and help second to none so unless you are a marketing expert better to stick to the tried and tested results.
