When I receive notification of a new PSA, I immediately go to their New Affiliate Notification Page and click on their Affiliate Snapshot Page at https://www.sfimg.com/AffiliateSnapshot?sfiid=XXXXXX. At the bottom of this page you can send a personal Welcome email to the Affiliate. You can use the SFI default or customize one of your own. I personally send a customized email, as I know they are a little overwhelmed when they first join and I give them a few tips on how to get started on their SFI business journey.
I of course include them in all my Group Team emails/Newsletters when I send them out, usually each Sunday, the start of the SFI workweek. However, these are more directed toward providing new SFI information, motivation to get their SFI business moving forward and reminding them of the various tasks that need to be done each day.
To date, this method has worked very well for me. Even though I do not get a lot of every day feedback, I do get 5 star Sponsor/Co-Sponsor ratings with positive comments each month.
