It's worth it to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs instead of group mail if you feel that the PSAs require more individual attention to invest more involvement and time spending into SFI to grow their business globally and he/she requires specific direction to develop his team in a more vibrant way to earn very fast.
Group mailings can be sent out only for generic information respect to overall business and how to develop their own business down lines which we call it PSAs as well as to get more ECA to get direct commissions from their sales volume.
