This is what I do, and I'm a Silver Team Leader holding an 'overall power rank' in the top ten, and first in my 'class'.
If I have say 100 new affiliates that join on one day, it is very tedious to send out an e Card or individual letter to everyone. E Cards are the most effective for sure, though, and I always use them if I just have a few new affiliates. Chat, of course, is the most effective if they are online.
What I do is to send individual e Cards to the ones who are doing the best. Then I also send out a team mail using ~FIRSTNAME~ in the message so that everyone gets their personal name in the mail-out.
This may contain some of the same information sent to the go-getters.
You can narrow it down if you like and send out different team messages depending on how different groups are doing.
For example, EAs, fast-trackers, more than 10 VP, 0 VP etc.
Hope this helps. Go get 'em but don't be disappointed if most do nothing. Just keep sponsoring and never give up.
