Remember this is the very first time you will meet your new team member and you definitely want that first impression of you to be a good one. Also remember that your success in duplication depends on how your new member performs and how comfortable they feel with you to ask for assistance if they should need it.
I always offer some small advice about getting started and most definitely let be aware of the Fast Track program which will help them get off to a good start with VersaPoints and with the badges on their homepage.
