It is very worthwhile to send a welcome letter to all new affiliates. I personally send all of my new affiliates a welcome e card .by sending an e card with a non generic message.will give them the notion that a real person is writing it and n Po t a robot auto response.also if they are still online I tryto eengage chat.hope this is helpful.
