I know that when I joined I got a personal welcome message from my sponsor. It made me feel like I was important to him and SFI.
I always send a personal message to my PSAs and any new CSAs. I just want them to know that I am here for them. I then send out group mailings but I also send messages to those that might some encouragement. If I see that an affiliate that has been doing well fall behind, I email and ask if there is anything that I can help with!
I always praise members of my team who have won something or reached a new level.
I do believe that it is worthwhile to send individual messages to your new PSAs.
