The one address to new PSAs are sometimes different from group mailings because letters to PSAs are usually specific and direct while in group mailings may be done in a broad and may not be direct to some PSAs who have different struggles in their SFI Business.
However, the two stands very important to Affiliate Leaders, for they can use them to regularly guide and contact their respective PSAs including CSAs, from time to time.
Hence, it is worthwhile to send either or both.
