Inspite of all this, if the sponsor has lost the connection with any of the downline, then, need to know the history of the downline member and need to understand him.
Then the sponsor has to contact that member, either through team talk, or PSA or CSA mailer or sending an email personally, asking for the difficulty they have in growing with SFI.
Inform that you are always there to help them to grow with SFI.
