Greetings! What I like to do is send out a copy and paste group welcome to my new PSA's and CSA's.
I have one welcome prepared for each group. I also like to send it right away but find if I wait until closer to the
end of the day, then I can send one mailing. But I only do this when i know I have a bunch coming in. As in a
situation where you might win or purchase and have large quantities of signups coming in. But, if it is from the Co-op,
then it is usually only one or two & I do send the copy and paste right away.
The main reason is it's too hard to send more than one group mailing per day because there is no way of checking
off just the people you want to send the mailing to. If more come in after I send the group mailing it is manageable
to do 2, 10 or so individual people one at a time.
Also, I send weekly group mailings. Use the stream. Individually use the ecards, or respond to emails from individuals
from my team who request help or have questions. That is how I get to to know my team members personally one at a time.
