It’s a good question and my idea to welcome new PSAs is sending out a group invitation by appreciating all the PSAs no matter from which country their belong, it awesome to encourages the PSAs to work.
By sending out group invitation one can save time as sending individual welcome letters would require little more time to spent even the letter is cut and paste. Then after sending welcome letter I believe individual communication sending out encouraging,giving goods news of SFI, and other SFI relating programs to move ahead and get connected and involve in SFI program closely to get their place in every level.
I use E card method to send each PSAs to follow-up .
All of us are unique and each one has different ideas and opinion. Have hope to succeed in endeavouring in building your awesome business with SFI and TripleClicks don’t waste time in thinking what to do and how to do to succeed in SFI because SFI is such strong program where everything is ready we only need to read SFI basics, trainings and methods and much more.
Think of good ideas, good words to add in your text messages which will have potential value to the new members and attract the SFI business.
