To be honest both have worked.
The important thing to remember about posting ads to build up your team of PSA’s is, keep it short and very honest. Let them know that this is a legit business and everything to start off their business is provided free of charge. They will never be alone, you will be there to help and guide them all the way.
And VERY important this is not an over night get rich business. Working the business everyday is a must to be successful.
