Sending individual welcome letters is the best way for newly joined personally sponsored affiliates. Sending welcome letters your PSA will be appreciated to work continuously in your team as well as encourages your personally sponsored affiliates to work.
In the same way I am doing this to my PSAs. I will be giving now and then follow-ups to encourage them and also advise them how to manage the works and how to become Team leader. I also send them E-cards to welcome and to greet.
Individual welcome letter is to inform your new PSA in your team, telling them that he or she should feel confident on this SFI business.
Group mailings are also good. Everyone must read the information thoroughly and do their activities.
Group mailing as well as individual welcome letters endeavors for the purpose of building Tripleclicks and SFI online business.
Group mailing is nothing but information given to everyone i.e., Company sponsored affiliates as well as personally sponsored affiliates about that you are ready to assist them in any kind of doubts they have. You can also make them active. They will be active only when you send messages continuously. This can be done four times in a month. Doing like this you will get 30 versapoints per week and 120 versapoints for a month.
Even if you send like the above said format messages, at least few CSAs and PSAs will be active.
