If I were to purchase PSAs and have multiple joining on the same day, I think I would send a welcome message through the team mailer and just select all new enrolments for that day.
If you do this, be very careful in writing your message to make it sound like you were writing to one particular person. Always respond individually and quickly to any replies from any of your new PSAs.
If you realise that you are asked similar questions many times over, write answers to these questions and have them saved in your files. You can then quickly pull one up and then modify it as necessary to any particular person.
People do like to feel they are individuals and like to be treated as such. No-one likes to think he is being spoken to by an impersonal unfeeling robot. But it is possible to treat people as individuals and have them feel individual even if you use pre-written answers, especially if they are your own pre-written answers and modified to each individual’s needs.
