I think i it is just OK to send out group mail to welcome new affiliates but i still believe that it is better to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs.
Personally, I send the Welcome E-card but I still choose what I feel is most appropriate for the receiver. A younger affiliate may receive the sneaker E-card design while the more senior affiliate may appreciate the formal designs.
Then I add up a welcome letter under it which depends also on their age, background and culture as well.
Sending individual welcome letters mean that there is more sincerity and personal touch to the welcome which would make the affiliate feel that "I AM IMPORTANT TO MY SPONSOR!"
