Jovan, in my personal opinion, too many welcome letters can be iriitating.

We already have a welcome letter designed for PSA's as soon as they join.

I usually try to chat with them as soon as I am notified, or leave a message saying "Ïf there is anything I can do to help you start, do let me know...."

Then the next message /mail goes out as soon as they register or take some action on their To - do list. I just LOVE the E-Cards, and am waiting to use them :)
