One of the great tools I like the most is E-Card.I use E-Card to introduce myself to every new PSA and to congratulate him/her on joining SFI.I also welcome him/her to my Team.With a few additional sentences I tell him/her that as their Sponsor I'm always here for them,to help and support them along the way and encourage them to contact me.
After that I send them an e-mail to explain them in a very simple way how to start,become "Fast Trackers" and improve their status to an Executive Affiliate.
I send team mails through PSA Mailer once a week unless any of my PSAs need and ask for my help.In that case we're in touch more often.
What I'm really trying to say is that it's always worthwhile to build a friendly,not just professional,relationship with your PSAs.
