Honestly, I've taken my time and really thought about how to answer you.
I'm only in my second month here, had and have lots to learn and even more to do.
But for me, the hardest challenge was more than "just" learning, getting sales and PSA's. It was and still is to completely think of SFI as my very own management office and TripleClicks as my very own E-commerce platform.
I've seen a lot of scam around the net and additionaly am one of those persons that don't like those "You have to do this and ONLY this to achieve success" phrases - they seem more like brainwashing to me...
SFI is the same as any other site with those phrases, they may be necessary for marketing, but they hurt my eyes and put up a wall in my mind. This wall is what was holding me subconciously from thinking of SFI as my personal business.
The problem lies here:
As long as you can't really see and deeply feel it as your own business, advertising and true financial gains will be the hardest work ever. You will be missing the positive attitude, your drive to forward the business and even more, the will to learn and talk about it. I just couldn't pour all my heart into it. That's quite a hard wall to overcome.
How did I overcome it?
I'm still working on it, but I made great advances.
What helped me:
The moment I realized that I can't really talk about SFI or TC, was also the moment I realized that I still try to persuade myself to see SFI as my own business and was still doubting whether SFI truly suits me.
The first I did , was get to my principle: See the whole, see the possibilities and then paint it in your own colours. This helped me to set my path.
But there were still some doubts - are the possibilities really what I want?
Luckily I more or less told just the frame of what I'm doing right now to a friend - I didn't use any of those catchphrases, I just told what I was doing right at that moment (socializing more, advising my downline so they can find their paths to success in SFI). That's when she congratulated me, because I seem to have started my dreamproject I told her about quite some time ago. WOW - that was a shock, I tell you - because she was absolutely right, just that I couldn't see it myself.
Now it's different, I'm still doubtful but more on whether I use the right techniques. The one thing I am sure about now, is that SFI and TC really became my very own business. Advertising became that much easier with this, the greatest wall is gone. I gained true confidence.
Of course, there are still hurdles to overcome.
Time management (working from home and being a homemaker mother needs quite some management), discipline, patience and courage will always be a challenge for me. But those are things that can be worked on.
The first thing that had to change was my inner mindset.
I'll pray for everyone that also hits this wall.
So far, good look and never give up!
