My greatest challenge I have found is building my team. In order to overcome this, I started one month with a standing order for 125 TCredits. I was not yet aware of the S-Builder co-op being available for purchase using TCredits. Then one month I did some research on S-Builder to see how much just 1 unit would be? I figure if I can start with one unit, it will give me a good beginning. This is when I found that I could purchase S-Builder one unit for 160 TCredits! I wS ecstatic because I have a very strict budget and I really couldn't afford to add another amount of any kind to my current standing order. So I have been purchasing one unit of S-Builder Co-op ever since, and my team is building.
Now is where I began to get discouraged. Many of the new PSA's I was getting were what we call tire kickers. They sign up because they think they will get rich quick, then find out it takes some work on their part and it takes time, and they leave. Not opt out or anything just log out and never come back. I still keep in touch with each and everyone of them, I try to get them interested in building their business, but I can only do so much. I have to remind myself that it is nothing that I am doing wrong, they just are not ready. So I continue to work on my business and helping my team in every way possible.
