As a team leader,your focus should be how to maintain your team:

1. Ensure that your AVP to maintain your leadership is supplied by the number of EA2 in your downline- At least 5

2. Continue to sponsor more PSAs and teach them to do same.

3. Encorage your CSAs and PSAs to avoid rushing to become a team leader, rather to focus on building quality PSAs and CSAs who will push them to become leader, otherwise they will themselves crashind down and subsequently gets discouraged.

4. Finally and most important, encourage you downlines to have a Standing Order for 1500 VP to maintain maintain an EA level every month.
