You need to explain to your team members that as SFI affiliates they are shareholders in TC and they will share part of the revenues every month depending on the VP that they accumulate for that month . Vp is allocated to them based on certain actions that they will have to fulfill as part of the LaunchPad and the To Do list, but if they want a significant amount of VP that will result in higher commissions then they need to take the following actions.
1.Shop for your needs on TC. This is stuff that that they would buy anyway from other stores , the only difference is that they will get more VP for buying from TC. More VP translates to more shares and more shares mean higher commissions.
2. Direct others to buy from TC , from their own gateway ( link ) and get even more VP ( TC shares ). For a list of actions specified by SFI , direct them to the following link
