Also keep doing your versa points everyday. Work with your movers. The movers are your first priority, second is the rest of your team.
Also make sure your leadership page is up to date. Keep team up to date with new news or forums that are interesting to have them read.
Stream your posts to your team or a2a friends.
In other words, you need to be doing what you want your team to be doing first. Everything I listed above.
