As a Team Leader most important thing is to communicate with your affiliates!
When you get new PSA's send them a welcome message, introduce your self and offer them a help.
You should lead by example...so they can follow your lead.
It's not good to tell them to setup SO if you don't have it!
Or to become IAHBE member if you are not!
Also you must learn them to get used to read...
When they ask you something, you just send them link where they can find and read answers.
Because they can find all answers in SFI internet income, SFI forum, SFI Basic and SFI Launchpad.
Let them explore and learn. By doing this you will immediately know how is really interested in SFI.
