As a Leader,you must realize and understand what is already here for you.This proven plan has been laid out and formulated to make it easy for everyone who really want to be successful in SFI.All you have to do is be willing to make a commitment,take action, follow it yourself and train your team to do the same thing.Why try to reinvent the wheel?Simply do the steps and the instructions that have been put before you and your success will be guaranteed.
Getting your Team to understand The Power of Duplication and how to use it to their advantage is the real key to success to SFI and can be very effective when you keep the process simple.Being individuals, we all want to implement our own style,our own way or our own attitudes in the process and expect people to follow it as you build your Team.This can lead to a bigger problem and should be avoided.
SFI has a system in place that works,so be willing to tie into all of it,follow instructions and commit yourself.Most people will not follow the steps so they sabotage their own success and usually self destruct.Before you try to motivate,encourage and lead others,you should first make sure that you are self motivated,have the right attitudes,and can be a good follower.
Questions to help keep you focused and stay on track.
1. Are you on the 11/21 Plan?
It is one the simple structured directions that SFI has already put into place to help you and anyone get started and stay on target as you continue to build and grow your Versapoint Activity each month.I call it the 11/21 plan.If you log in your SFI Home Page and work your Red Tabs each day you will score 11 pts daily,stay active and remain on the right road to building your Versapoints.If you are doing that, you can get others on your Team to do the same,which is putting the Power of Duplication to work for you.
2.Are you committed to doing what is necessary to score as many Versapoints as you can, maintain your EA status and above to possibly make the Top 300 List in VP activity each month?
SFI directs you to work your complete Versapoint Ledgerboard and learn to score as many points as you can each month.Making EA and maintaining your status sets the pace to maximize your earnings and earn a residual check. Scoring more pts means a higher payout percentage in VP commissions.If you are doing that, you can get others on your team to do the same and let the Power of Duplication work for you.
Of course, you will automatically qualify for Team Leader status too with the added Leadership Action points each month when your PSA downline duplicates what you do.
3.Are you making sponsoring a regular routine to easily grow your business with new PSAs?
SFI suggests that you share this opportunity with others.The key is to constantly bring new people in your group.This is the life blood of your business.Develop a good sponsoring attitude and it will make the process much easier for you to recruit people. If you are doing that, you can get others on your team to do the same and and will definitely get the Power of Duplication working for you.
Keep every thing simple, read, study, stay focused and simply follow the extensive training program that SFI has initiated.This one aspect is the most important thing you should be doing as a Team Leader to stay on track and continue grow to enhance your downline one step at a time.At this point,everyone would be on the same page.Then,you will be on your way to the success and financial independence that you desire.
