Practice communicating by yourself, with friends or family or someone that is willing to help you. When you feel confident enough with your communication skills go out and practice! Getting to know and understanding TripleClicks and SFI are two of the biggest keys to being confident in communicating. Often we are better at it than we give ourselves credit for!
Start by doing only what you are comfortable doing, practice; log in daily and learn by doing and not just reading. You will be able to better help your team members that way.
