First of all I should be living by example.

I cannot be giving guidelines to my downline how they should operate their business when I am far from doing them.

It's like a Preacher on the pulpit preaching one thing and living the opposite.

When persons see that what you are telling them to do you are also doing it, that will inspire them to go ahead with the plan. It will be like a booster for them.

If you want to reap success in your business, as a team leader you have to lead by example and you will see your business growing, your team members will also be willing to work with you and you will have them staying for you too.

Be a good and faithful leader everyday.
