AS new team leader I think, one should concentrate more on team building as without team, it is very hard to continue as team leader. You should earn 1000 AVP every month to continue. Secondly, bidding auction is the second most important thing as it gives 1 AVP per bid subject to maximum 500 AVP per month.
So these two things should be given highest importance, I think.
