The single most Important thing that I should be doind as a new Team Leader, which by the way, I am, is to "lead by example".
Everything I've read within all the training sections talk about "duplication".
If SFI believes duplication is of such importance that they would mention it time and time again, then I believe it is the most important thing that I should be doing...as a new or long time Team Leader!
Now, if duplication is the most important aspect of the SFI Business Model, then by duplicating my Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and every other Team Leader that has gone before me, I know that I am teaching those that look at me and what I'm doing in my SFI Business is exactly what SFI teaches in their Training Sections, as well as what all of the other Leaders who've gone before me have done or are currently doing. That to me is "Leading By Example".
I don't tell some affiliates one thing while other affiliates are trying something else entirely different; could you imagine trying to run a successful business where by your right hand doesn't know what your left hand is doing and neither hand knows what your body is doing?
SFI tells us over and over that we do not need to re-invent the wheel and that if we just duplicate those who've gone before, then we can expect to find our own successes.
"Lead By Example" by duplicating what other successful Leaders have done and you will be doing what I believe is the single most important thing that you and I should be doing!
One last side note if I may: I'd like to thank SFI and Our Leaders for setting up this section..."Ask SC". Once again, SFI shows us just how important it is to duplicate those who've gone before through the submission of answers that help guide all of us. Thank You.
