This can be done by frequent communication to motivate our team mates to work on with us towards success.
But the best way one can be a leader is by SETTING AN EXAMPLE. Being an active affiliate yourself, your team mates under or above you will be inspired to follow your example as well.
So start the leadership within yourself by being an active and determined affiliate and indeed it will spread like fire among your team mates.
