The most important thing that you should do as a Team Leader:
1. Communicate regularly to your Team Members telling them that you are ready to give assistance when they need it most.
2. Give inputs to them of how to become a good SFI Affiliate by telling them the right ways of becoming an immediate Executive Affiliate (EA) and divulge to them the benefits that they may get from it, and teach them how to use the SFI Gateways for membership multiplication.
3. Finally, always encourage your Team Members to visit and complete the daily tasks provided in SFI Homepage.
