I think there are many of us who are not too confident when it comes to talking to others about your business.
My suggestion is to study SFI in small parts and as you learn about things so you start tsalking to prospective customers about the things you are sure of. As you learn about SFI then your confidence will improve. Try looking at the questions that are seeking answers in SC Is there something there that you could answer? If there is then go ahead and anwswer the question.
The more you talk to people about the business the more confident you will grow. When you start building your team you need to be able to communicate with them. They may ask you questions that you don't know the answer to, but there are plenty of ways of finding the answersnd passing on the information to your affiliates.
Don't be frightened and don't be shy. Look up some answers and put your views forward. Think about what got you interested in SFI and use that information to help with your communication with others. Talk to your upline. There are lots of us who really didn't know where to start and what to do so we asked for help, just as you are doing now.
Look at the forum on a regular basis, and look at the news put out by SFI. also look at the daily tips. all these are there to help you and anybody else who takes the time to read them.
