building or having an active downline is the best thing that can happen to your business here in SFI..
5 active PSA's is better than 20fairly active or even 100inactive EAs they will only fill your gynealogy..
why building your downline,Avoid negligence: make sure your always there to support your team especially during the pre;iminaries don't feel because you made it on your own then they should figure it out themselves...You woudnt want your PSAs to fall prey to other businesses..Remember active PSAs are like gold1!!,hard to find..you may never know who will be there to stay
Don't write off an affiliate because you feel he will never come back;ive heard some affiliates testify that their once inactive affiliates turned out to be the most active after couple of months,years thereafter...always try to send them emails,Ecards as the case maybe..Keep reminding him of the grave mistake he is about to make leaving SFI.and its never too late start off...remind him SFI is free which is a rare characteristics you see in businesses nowadays

Even when you know or feel uve gotten that active affiliate don't neglet him or leave to once in a while try to encourage him maybe by gift cards,Ecards,Tcredits as the case may be,ur only telling them your aware of their hardwork and deserve that gift...That act alone will make them want to build their own active team and do same and you what benefits it could fetch you.
having their contacts to speak to them once in a while and give them more tips is worthwile.
Never form the habit of telling them to become EAs or team leaders for a particular date uve set obviously for selfish reasons...let them take their time..remember we are all here for the same thing,some of them might not have active downline which will be difficult to maintain esp team leadership status it doesn't matter...just encourage them
Don't think they want to loose the benefits they already have....they just cant help the situation and too much nagging will only make them leave because they see it like your interest with them is for ur selfish pourpose...Of course it is
you can make them get to know themselves which is optional instead of causing conflict amongst them..this is just a business.
Above all,be a leader your team would want to emulate!!
